My approach is collaborative and supportive, whether working one-on-one or with groups. Drawing on my experience in nursing professional development, education, and leadership, I founded Next Stage Nursing to provide personalized coaching, mentorship, career development, and professional growth experiences that help nurses and students build confidence, reconnect with their why, and grow at every stage of their journey.
